Daily And Weekly Reset Times

According to the info Available The Reset Times State Midnight Sunday Night.

But In The UK the Weekly Route ETC Doesn’t Change Till 1600 hours GMT.

I Find That Extremely Annoying As A Yearly Paid Up Member At £179.99.

I Expect To be Able To Access Weekly Route ETC From Midnight Sunday.

Can Anyone Explain Why?

There’s one time for the whole world and it’s 8AM US Pacific time

Why That Time?

Just a guess, but Zwift HQ is in California.

That’s when support people start working so that might be a factor

So forgive my lack of Knowledge then i guess it doesn’t go live worldwide when it changes at Pacific time if you see what i mean lol

I don’t see what you mean - 8 am Pacific is 4 pm GMT?!?

If I’m not mistaken, it’s actually 9AM Pacific.
The new stages for Zwift Unlocked were available at that time since it Zwift Unlocked started.

Also, the weekly challenges and course worlds change over at 9AM.
From Zwift Insider - >

Weekly challenges switch at 9am Pacific each Monday

Keep in mind the guest course changeover happens at midnight Eastern/9pm Pacific

I am not sure how Daylight Saving changes comes into play.

I still think this should be changed.

In my App I can see DEC 1 - DEC 8. The time I can allocate for zwift, starts after 1800 CET. For me, the 8th is a lost day.

Funny enough, the Dates posted online are DEC 1 - DEC 7. Due to the timezone shift, the start of day moves and the information becomes less useful. I have now missed ZRacing Stage 1 because of this “problem”.

Why can’t the day start at midnight for each timezone? IT Wise, each event is an instance that runs on a server, it really doesn’t matter what specific event it is. That way, everyone can look at the dates and not care about the start of day.
