Is it just me ? The only group workouts I find are for A,B and women … where can I find group workouts ( not baseline ride ) and recovery rides for my category ?
They are workouts so the categories don’t apply. The workout is based on your FTP, not your w/kg (how ride and race categories are set up). A is open (men & women) and B is women only
Also they use the “keep together” function so it doesn’t matter how much power each individual is putting out, you will stay as a group… which I don’t enjoy at all so I never do group workouts.
