How about a mode that allows a rider to create a party.
How it would work:

A user logs in and is able to create a party mode such as pursuit.

The creator is then able to invite other users into the room

Options to enable or disable drafting from non party members

Party leaderboards
This would be good to organise group training sessions, games (such as pursuit) and other social group activities.
