Option to make a “custom” jersey – some simple color scheme or option to use some kind of artwork as a texture map?
Simple idea:
just a basic color with a simple team name printed on.

I’m also happy with a multi-stage rollout to get custom jerseys sooner: phase 1: color with art. phase 2: let people spend some time adding art to the panels or do some 3D mapping like Google does with their city maps or second life with their virtual world.
Come to think of it, you should probably poach some of their engineers. 
It would be nice to be able to ride in my club jersey so hoping this feature gets added at some point.
