Ability to create closed club workouts
The ability for the meet-up creator to set a workout in the event irrespective of the club function would be great, even if it was limited to the Zwift library initially.

Fully agree! At present creating a shared workout with riders of my local club is a nightmare.
Firstly, I tried to share my zwo (did not work as Android is the standard among my teammates)
We had to create TrainingPeaks accounts for everybody.
