It could be helpful for the Zwift development team if a user was asked after each ride: (similar to what Skype for Business does)
1) how was the quality of your connection during this ride
- let the rider respond with 1 - 5 stars
- less than 4 star - prompt us for what issue we had during the ride
- lost connection
- couldn’t make the connection
- etc.
This could give you a good bit real time information to act on. (or advertise how great everything is working)
