Controllers buttons should be programmable. Eg I never need a skip interval button but I do need a pause button but it is not possible to set

Understandably, you want to customize the controller buttons to match your actual need, especially when something like a pause button would make your rides smoother and more enjoyable.
I noticed there’s already a similar discussion happening here: Customizable buttons for Zwift Play. I’d recommend adding your voice there as well, so the idea gains more visibility. The more riders who show interest, the higher the chances it will be taken into consideration by the development team.
