I have problems connecting my IC8 with Zwift. What am I doing wrong?

How are you trying to connect it? ANT+ or Bluetooth? What device are you running Zwift on?

With ANT+ usb work correctly. You need to pair it when you’re pedaling.

If the console on the Life Fitness IC6, IC7, or IC8 is the latest generation (WATTRATE TFT COMPUTER 2.0) then it has Bluetooth 5.0 and is ‘open’ and can connect to any app, including Zwift.
