Yep, stops on Friday now, around the same time as now. That’s certainly a lot better. Doesn’t it usually show seven days ahead though?

Bugger, once I got ahead a few days I thought all good. Same Fri limit for me too (well thursday for my timezone)

Yeah you used to be able to scroll forward through to any event scheduled and for memory, I’ve gone out several weeks and albeit not much is scheduled out that far.

Yesterday I had thought I saw ZP also allowing us to scroll forward weeks but the schedule also stops Thursday (your fri).

Yes. And no. Cycling events is moving forward normally, but now the issue is on the running events. Can’t scroll past tomorrow. I’m getting Wednesday, Thursday, Wednesday, Thursday, continuously.

So, going on day 3, still can’t view events past Friday afternoon and no response or acknowledgement from anyone from Zwift. This isn’t just a couple people problem - there has been talk about the problem with Companion on one of my cycling club’s FB page. It impacts anyone who uses Android. Can someone from Zwift at least acknowledge this thread? Sheesh.

But seriously this happened before so I would assume they know how to fix it.

It’s been a holiday period, so I’m not surprised there’s been a lot less input from Zwift over the last week or so. This week I would expect things to get back to normal.

Apologies for radio silence - we have quite a few people off over the public holiday period.

I have seen this and will flag with the team. I see the same issue on my ZCA trying to view events past Friday.

Sorry - Was referring specifically to the scrolling issue. I hadn’t seen (until now) the reminder issue you had mentioned.

Never had a problem with the Companion App before, but yesterday it worked really bad. Lost messages in the chat. Messages showed up on the laptop, but not on the Companion App on the phone. Turned the phone off and on again while riding. Started to work for a couple of minutes. Then messages were lost again. When I wrote in the group chat, my messages didnt show up to the other riders. First time this has happend. Been riding a lot the last year.

My power ups did not work either. And when I tried to take a screenshot of the resultboard after sprinting, the app didnt want to “take pictures”. My internet works good. Same wifi-line on both laptop and the Companion App on the phone. Using a Samsung phone.

I also had the issue that I could not see events past Friday the 7th. But yes, that works ok now.

I received a reply from support today about this, acknowledging the bug…

Good news. A workaround does exist though. :wink:

I have bad formatted power, HR and cadence visuals in companion app since nearly one month. New update didn’t change anything.



Me too!!! Can not read stats of an activity any more.

That´s a known bug: Companion app not readable

Maybe we should continue there.
