Classic Trainer Resistance

I was reading about setting up zPower. It mentions correct trainer tension, but my trainer (a TravelTac Comp Fluid) has no mention of setting that wheel tension. I was wondering if there was any suggestion on setting the wheel tension/resistance? It would be great to know what was used by Zwift when testing the power curves. Is it wheel contact + X turns or how should I set it to be as accurate as possible?

Since there’s no exact resistance setting for your trainer, the best thing to do is tighten it just enough so the tire doesn’t slip. :slight_smile:
