Change Password Remembered

Hello everyone,
I`m having a problem with the login screen in windows 10. At home, we are two zwifters with two different accounts, so I have to enter my username and password when I want to change user.

Before I had no problem remembering the passwords for two users, however, I have had to change the password but the login screen always remembers the old password, despite the fact that every time I enter the new password I mark remember me.

Is there a way to remove the remembered password so that I can enter a new one in Zwift for windows 10?

The password for the launcher should be saved within internet explorer’s saved passwords. You should be able to delete this specific site’s saved passwords through the following:

Open internet explorer

  1. Open the Tools menu / Click the gear icon
  2. Select Internet Options.
  3. Click Content.
  4. Under AutoComplete, click Settings.
  5. Click on Manage Passwords
  6. Click on the Web Credentials Manager
  7. Click on the drop down arrow by the web site you want to remove the password (secure.zwift.com should be listed)
  8. Click on Remove.

Hello Colin:

your advice has helped me a lot. I’m not user of internet explorer because I prefer Edge so i don’t have it installed in my computer.

But you can reach the same result by other path.

  1. Go to my computer and click setting (gear icon).
  2. Then you can type Internet options and click the icon.
  3. Follow the steps 3 to 8.

Your help has been very useful for me.
