Since few weeks I’ve been helping our Club owner to organize our event.
I’m learning in these days that everything must be done via email. I was shocked.
How is possible that Zwift has no user interface where organizers can make easy changes?
We can do it on Zwiftpower (like change name, description, categories,…) but then they are not reflected in the zwift event and some other settings (like type of event, rules,…) cannot be done in Zwiftpower. It is more than one week we are trying to change our next race into an iTT for the league we are running and this is frustrating.
With Indievelo (now Trainingpeaks), as simple user, I was able to create any type of event.

My club has also shared some of these requests with the events team, and they are common requests from organizers. There is a recent story in Zwift Insider that covers some of them.
