Accessing the garage to browse and consider possible bike / tyre upgrades is a real pain. Why can’t this be added to the Companion app?

The companion app needs to show challenges, achievements and garage. And until it has zwift needs to fix database syncing when logged into multiple devices as I have lost progress and drops because I wanted to check things on my phone! And of course the main app needs to show completed activities

My best guess is that this is because the garage and challenges both affect changes/settings ‘in game’, and the Companion app isn’t actually part of the game. It more just lets users interact with a few pieces of the game. I suppose this is similar to not being able to change any of the other game settings (trainer difficulty, music, holoreplay, etc) from the Companion app.

It would be nice to be able to do these things from the Comapnion app, but I’d guess the functionality to have that sort of connection between the Zwift app and the Companion app just isn’t there.

I appreciate your suggestion about the Companion App!

The Zwift Companion App is designed for quick access to ride data and controls, not a full game mirror. That’s why challenges and the garage aren’t included. They impact game settings and progression.

That said, I’ve passed your idea to the dev team. Solid suggestion!
