I cannot logon for some reason - I will be raising a support ticket.
But the message it gives is misleading. When I logon with a deliberately bad password then it informs me that the username and password is wrong. So it must be checking them at the back end server.
However when I put in the right password then it tells me “Failed to log in. Check internet connection.” The internet connection is fine (it knows when the password is bad) so there is a problem with either the back end servers (or my account). This wrong message needs changed.
