Hi @Clement_Aubin, you should be able to find a solution in this thread:

Internal Server Error 400 / 403 (Clear your browser)

You need to explicitly clean up INTERNET EXPLORER, not Edge or Chrome or whatever. Apparently Zwift connects to Internet Explorer. For me this solved the issue
