Best ride report not updating

I did an FTP test and my best 20 minutes went up (viewed in the ride report afterwards) but this has not updated my best ride statistics a day later. Can I update these?

Same problem here. Appears that my bests haven’t been updated for about a year!

You could try deleting all the files within the \documents\zwift\cp folder, this will set all your best back to 0.

Sorry your personal bests are not updating! This typically doesn’t happen, and regrettably there is no current way to forcibly update the personal best scores. Sorry about that. 

However, since you appear to be using your iPad for Zwift, if your personal best scores are not updating, you may be able to resolve the problem by deleting the Zwift app, and then installing it again from the App Store. That should clear the personal bests, which are stored locally on your device.

If that doesn’t work or you have any other problems, please submit a support ticket and one of our Zwift support team members will be happy to further troubleshoot this issue.
