Hi all, I decided to test my 20min power in a race today, at 20:00 in the race the average power shown on screen was 256w, after ending the ride Zwift automatically updated my ftp to 243w which is correct (0.95 * 256w), but then reviewing the activity on Zwift, Strava and Garmin, all indicated my 20m peak power being 253w, which is 3w lower than it was seen in race, and if 253w was correct, the ftp should be 240w not 243w. Whats the cause of this discrepency?
Zwift doesn’t seem to do any error correction to data spikes (I got all the big watt badges in spite of probably
not having hit a 1000W in maybe a 6 months) and perhaps sticky watts
FTP detection is no longer 20 minutes only.
It’s using “The Grade” method.

That might be it, thanks.
