Apple Watch for Cadence?

Can the Apple Watch be synced for Cadence? Got my treadmill synced for speed and watch for HR but when I goto sync a device for Cadence nothing shows, so I’m guessing it can’t even though it can track it?

If not possible ill look to get a wahoo but just checking before I buy something I don’t need

Did you ever figure this out?

Not sure it’s possible, I ended up getting a zwift run pod for cadence.

Think I’ll do the same.

I believe Apple Watch can only do HR and speed but if you add cadence sensor or a runpod, you can run both together for more accuracy.
