Since the last update, i am.unable to connect via apple tv Bluetooth, i am having to connect via phone Bluetooth, is this issue being looked at and resolved?

Thanks for contacting us over Forums, I understand how important it is to connect your devices when using Zwift on an Apple TV. To make this easier for you, you can use the Zwift Companion (ZC) app on your mobile device to create a “bridge” for pairing your devices with Zwift.
The main reason is the limitation of Apple TV, which allows a maximum of 3 different BLE devices to be connected at the same time (including the remote), For more information about this please visit our article Using the Zwift Companion App as a Bridge.
Shuji at Zwift HQ here. I looked at your server logs and noticed that your Apple TV was updated to tvOS v18.1.0 before today’s session. On December 4 the ATV box was on tvOS 17.6.1.
Whenever you update an Apple OS, it will reset app permissions to the default (more restrictive) security settings. More than likely, updating your app permissions on Apple TV will sort you out. Here’s how.
