ANT+ device for iPhone 6 SE

I have a garmin 520 with all usual devices, HR, cadence ,power meter.  Using a iPhone 6 se with Zwift app, I just found out I need a ANT+ Device to make it work as it won’t connect to the garmin via Bluetooth.  What is an ant+ adapter that will work for iPhone 6 se  version 10.0.2 ?

Thanks, this seems to be an option instead of the ant+ adapter, sounds like it has an issue with speed sensor.
