Kicked out of the pack…averaged over 5 w/kg for 5 minutes and couldn’t get back in pack. Pack members were at 2.5w/kg

A racers typically run at 4 - 5 w/kg. As long as at least one racer is leading at almost 5 w/kg, the rest can draft. Surge immediately if you get dropped unexpectedly. And expect short but sharp surges on little inclines.
