Ability to go back a step in workouts

In workout mode it would be useful to go back a step as well as forward. E.g. I want to do another interval, or whatever other reason.

No in my case it was sweat build up, triggered by mouse touch pad, which apparently did enough to manage to get my workout to skip forward, far out, if you are able to skip forward let people skip back! Geez, seriously.
