I have no idea how this happened. I have Apple TV and use the App on that. It has always worked for me. Is this a glitch, a hack, or what?

Shuji at Zwift HQ here. It is possible to select other languages yourself. Please see this Support article and see if you can manually choose your preferred language.
If your language preference isn’t sticking for some reason, you may want to try uninstalling Zwift from your AppleTV and re-install. Here’s how.
