We were wondering the other day where to obtain spare parts such as a new chain, a new chainring, new levers or hoods, etc., once these will come to the end of their respective lives.
There is nothing in the Zwift shop, is there?

The chain is a KMC Z1 narrow type (3/32")
I believe the chainring is 42 teeth and 104mm BCD
The other stuff you mentioned is proprietary and would have to be obtained by contacting Zwift support

As @Paul_Southworth shared, the Zwift Ride uses a single-speed chain as shared in our article. Specifically, we recommend the KMC Z1 narrow chain, which features 3/32" width, 1/2" pitch, and 98 links.
About other spare parts, you just need to contact us via email, and share a picture of the needed parts, and we will be there for you.
