Hello,
I have a couple teammates who have had some issues with their power meters and have placed them into cat A, but this has disqualified them for our Zwift Racing League team. Is there any way to modify this to allow them into their correct categories?

Emily has only had one ride that seems to have pushed her into group A and almost in A+ from the ride 1/16/21 Event 1505287
C rider
Zach Rosenfeldt 2964298
Zach has been having some issues for quite some time since I gave him my Favero Assioma 12/16/20 and he has since been upgraded to an A rider, but he is definitely a C rider, but he’s been getting DQ’ed for the last race. I’ve had him do a calibration and it seems to be working properly, but it looks like they won’t allow his participation on our B team until he gets below an A category. So may not be until after the next season…
It’s been really difficult to get everyone together to get power and to ensure everyone gets on these races. I’m trying my best to not get the team another reason to not participate from all the technical issues we’ve been having. So any help would be great.
