Just go to your iPhone/iPad within iTunes and select Apps and scroll down to File Sharing and click on Zwift, on the right hand side you should see Zwift folder just click on it and scroll down to the bottom and click on Save to and it to your computer and upload the needed .fit file from there.

This happened to me today, after 1h 20’mins I hit stop and save etc but nothing ever comes to Strava. I found out you can cklick three times on the strava icon in zwift and you are presented with all your rides. Click on the latest and you can email the.fit file to yourself and manually upload it.
