It’s being rolled out server-side, not with the release. I’ve recently started seeing it on my Windows system. Quite nice IMO though was looking a bit strong in some areas. Check the headlight effect when you’re on the jungle roads, or bright sun on a big pack of light colored kit. Overall I’m happy with it.
