Hello Zwift,
Is there a specific person/department I can speak to regarding an event I’m helping to organise next month? I’m UK based if that makes any difference: briefly, it’s a corporate charity event looking to use Zwift as their platform of choice and I need some advice/support on the best way to set things up. We’re 90% of the way there I think but some help would be greatly appreciated!

If you put what you’re wanting to do here we can probably answer it as there’s a wealth of event knowledge between us.
Thanks for the replies - definitely worth asking the community this specific question I reckon:
The event challenge is to get lots of company staff to cycle sections of a route til we reach ~220 miles/350km…
If you were to pick a route on Zwift to ride laps of (say each rider did an hour stretch) and you’d predict average watts would vary anywhere between 80 watts for complete novices and 180 watts for those that have been on a bike during adulthood, which route would be kindest?
I’ll offer Tempus Fugit.
It’s flat and less likely to demoralize the non cyclists and fun for more competent cyclists.
While Tempus Fugit is very flat, I’d suggest choosing a route that shows newcomers to turbo trainers, how smart turbos adjust resistance according to gradient.
For example, a route that goes through Titans Grove’s rollers in either direction, such as “Sand and Sequoias” Route Details (Watopia) | Zwift Insider
Another roller route, this time in New York “Park Perimeter Loop” Route Details (New York) | Zwift Insider
Another option with a longer hill “Ocean Lava Cliffside Loop” Route Details (Watopia) | Zwift Insider
Routes info at Zwift Insider is steadily having “ZImetricsBeta” added to each page, which gives time estimates for a lap, starting from 2W/Kg.
Yeah I’d like to showcase Zwift to new users too, without killing their enthusiasm completely
I expect some people will do more than one stint and will enjoy the challenge of a few hills so ‘variety’ is probably the key, but I don’t want good old Clive* from accounts or Doris* from HR to be bedridden for a week after doing 15 minutes on ventop
*fictional characters from my fevered imagination
Depending on the route, you may want to turn down the Trainer Difficulty from its default 50% - maybe 25%? So still letting riders feel gradient changes, but not making a novice feel it’s getting too hard to turn the pedals.
Flat Route and Loch Loop would both be more interesting than Tempus Fugit, and are still fairly flat and short enough that many beginners could complete one circuit. Three Village Loop also offers more visual interest while being relatively short and flat. Does everyone have to do the same route or could you offer a couple choices?
I’ll need to keep it simple because I can’t be there for the full 24 hours; support is being given by the local gym whilst I’m not there and I have no idea if they’ll have any idea how to use Zwift…
Could also cause confusion if it’s not one continuous session to complete the full prescribed distance.
All these things are potential issues that will have solutions, I’ll find a way and doubtless somebody will have done similar before.
