Well you don’t want that either tbh. It should be on ‘Use the 3D application setting’. Are you using windowed mode?
Also your GPU isn’t strong enough for 4K. Should be using the 1440p setting for far more consistent results when not CPU bound.
Anyway assuming you have an SSD in this laptop, your problem causing extreme low frame rates is almost certainly the CPU throttling like mad under load. The giveaway is the game load time, which is far too long.
