Hi all,
something changed and all my training programmes are set to slower speeds by default. I have to increase the ddifficulty up to 115% every time I start them. What happened? Why did the default speed change and how do I get them back to what they were before. Example: running programme Furtherance should be at 12.3km/h and now it is set at 10.6km/h.
