Hi all — hoping someone from Zwift can point us the right way, because every
published channel we’ve tried is a dead end.
We’re RepsDown (REPSDOWN SL, Spain), a coaching platform for personal trainers,
with apps on iOS and Android. Our trainers build structured endurance sessions
for their athletes, and we’d like those sessions to land directly in the
athlete’s Zwift Custom Workouts — the way TrainerRoad and JOIN already do. We
only need write access for planned workouts; we don’t need to read any ride
data back.
What we’ve tried so far:
- developers@zwift.com — auto-reply: “we’re currently not monitoring this
address”, redirecting to support@. - partnerships@zwift.com — auto-reply routing to hardware distribution, cycle
sport industry and pro athlete support. Nothing for software integrations.
I’ve seen other developers hit exactly this loop here. Is there a current
process for the Training Connections API, or someone we should be contacting
instead? Happy to share company details, privacy policy and store listings —
we just can’t find the door.
