what does the previous week look like?
guessing but if it’s based off goals of 150 and you did 326 miles/km maybe that’s what it calls overreaching?
probably best to ask in the main fitness thread Introducing Zwift Companion Fitness Tracker [April 2025] - #254 by Mark_Hulskamp
Overreaching means that your recent (say, last week’s) training load is excessive compared to your training history from the previous months. I suppose if you normally do a significant part of your workouts elsewhere but did a full week on Zwift only, it might simply get confused about what your usual training load is.

That “Overreaching” status means your recent training load has pushed you beyond what you’re currently used to—basically, you’re working harder than your usual baseline. It’s not necessarily a bad thing (especially if you’re building toward a goal), but it’s a signal that you might need a bit more recovery to adapt and bounce back stronger.
You’ll usually see this if you’ve stacked a few big efforts or workouts without much rest in between. If it sticks around too long, it can be a sign to dial it back a bit or throw in a recovery ride or rest day.
