Can I set up a sprint workout with 1200 to 1500 Watt power for 5 sec out of the middle of a 10 sec sprint effort on level road? How about using a 10 sec lead in from about 800 Watts, gradually increased over 10 second to somewhere between 1200 and 1500 Watts for about 5 seconds? I use a Wahoo Kickr. It seems that someone should write sprint workouts that are NOT tied to FTP. They are complete recovery sprints. I hate to see smart trainer capability squandered.
The workouts needs a slope mode.
