Everyone has their favourite courses. Would be great to search events by day and week with a course filter. Please, thanks, Zwift team
100% should of been a feature available in zwift years ago but until then you can use Events

Zwiftpower.com can be filtered by a specific route, up to seven days away.

Mains have already been shared; but if more on a shotgun approach of “I want to do this course right now/soon”, ZwiftMaps lists upcoming events as well when you select a course
