Riders Nearby Data

I think that the main list on Riders Nearby should show AVG W/KG (not live W/KG) and Lap Count (which it does already) … Also showing a :zap:️ if they have a power meter would be nice.    Then on the individual page, it would be good to have Avg BPM and AVG W/KG displayed there as well.   Thanks.

Hi Kevin,

We already show a lightning bolt to denote a smart trainer or power meter. As for Average W/KG, if we did that then you’d never know who was going for a sprint - when you ride competitively, this is much more important than the average.

Lap count, as explained in another post, might not make much sense in the future.

I think that you misunderstood me. I was not talking about the data that is visible in the always visible Rider Board. I was talking about the data available in the individual rider profiles that you can click on via the mobile app’s Riders Nearby page. The former should have the instantaneous data, as you suggest. I am suggesting the later should have some averaged data to assess the whole ride that day for the rider.   Do you understand the point now?  Thanks.   Kevin

Ah, in the individual profile? That might be a cool bit of information, then.
