Upon completion of the Zwift academy 2020. I am keen to do the previous years. I told a friend we should do them together but i am surprised that i cant seem to find a functionality that’s allows us to do them together.

You can set up a meetup (turn on keep together if you want) then while you are waiting for the ride to start pick the workout and you can do the workout together.
It would look something like this. We do it almost every day.
