The lack of a scroll bar is a known issue at the moment. See Route selection scroll bar missing on Windows [October 2021] [1.18.0] [SOLVED]
On your PC you should be stil able to scroll the route list by using something like the scroll wheel on your mouse, or a multi-finger gesture on a touchpad.
