Add a body type selection profile to select weight distribution.
I’ve put on (quite) a few lbs and my avatar has gotten big arms and legs while maintaining a slim waist. The real me has that weight distributed more around the middle. It would be good, maybe more motivating, to see a more realistic weight distribution, and watch it improve over time. It would also more properly correlate with my current W/kg.
