Just finished my first year of cycling. At 60 years old I guess you could say I was a late starter. I was concerned about how I was going to keep going through the winter. I bought a trainer and a couple of DVDs but found I was bored in no time.
I just signed up for Swift and have just done a few rides now but I know this going to get me through. What fun! It really makes me want to go watching all these other riders going at it.
