I recently did the group ride with jumbo visma and the event coordinator even mentioned we would get a fan jersey kit at the end but when I finished I didn’t receive anything. When I checked my companion app it tells me I DNF even though I have a screenshot in the finish (I even finished 10th). Is it because I tied with someone else for 10th? I checked other rider accounts and they got the kit unlock so I feel left out

I just want my jersey i dont really care about the DNF as much lol. I actually took a personal day off for this group ride so kinda bummed about it so tried to make the most of my day by doing other stuff like put up Christmas lights.
Contact support and argue with the robot until it lets you file a support request. They can give you the jersey if persuaded
