Hi. I got a question. I wemt skiing for 3 days and I am about to miss 2 trainings. Is there a possibility to change the the timeline?
Sadly at this time there is no way to “pause” or delay your training plan. There is a request for greater training plan flexibility that you can see [here in the Feature Request section].(Please improve Training Plan schedule flexibility)
You are able to give yourself credit for completing the workout by clicking the white “I did it” button in the lower right corner of the training plan workout (circled in the following photo).
