Leaderboard time: 8:60.0 or 9:00.0?

Noticed today this time on the Fuego Flats Reverse leaderboard:

Note the second time - should this really be 8:60.0 or 9:00.0?

Not much of a big deal, and I doubt I or anyone else is having any trouble, but it is somewhat odd and I am reporting it. Only remembered it as it was so oddball that that would suddenly get broken. Zwift!
