Kickr Shift Bike

Hi,

  1. There are two unused buttons on the Kickr Shift Bike. Please use them for left/right turn control.
    Or use the steering buttons (e. g. tripple tap for turn left/right).

  2. The Shift Bike itself does not show gears. Please add gear indicator.
