My guess is this is not coming soon, because there is not enough demand and Zwift already struggle to adequately support the existing platforms.

Define ‘many’, given that years of anecdotal evidence suggests most people can’t be arsed with anything more difficult than turning on an Apple TV. :wink:

It’s not going to happen. If anything I can see them reducing the number of supported operating systems.

By ‘Many’ do you mean ‘Very few’. Linux is hardly even on the radar as a user PC operating system. Even macOS dwarfs it and macOS is a minority OS, but with sadly a disproportionate share of Zwift issues. Adding Linux would be another load of work and possible issues for very little revenue.

I’m surprised anyone on Linux would expect any support on anything.

That said, I understand that Proton works pretty well for a lot of things. In case you haven’t tried that.
