My hr zones don’t seem to match my power zones,is this normal or correct ?
If not can I adjust it.

That’s pretty normal.
You can only adjust them by entering your FTP (Zwift can calculate it automatically) and entering your max HR.
I have done both …done several ftp tests,and entered my max hr I think or maybe on strava .
