How to configure correctly Zwift with Elite Turno Misuro b+

I have Elite Turno Misuro b+. When i connect it with Zwift by power and cadence sensor it shows uncorrect power and im my opinnion also speed is uncorrect.
What is the correct way to configure Zwift with Elite Turno ?
