According to the rules, we need to use a HR monitor for “Use heart rate monitor for all qualifying events” does this include the workouts or only the races? My HR strap just bit the dust and it is going to be a bit until I can pick one up. Does this mean my workouts that I did not use an HR monitor for do not count? I can redo them once I get my new strap in a worst-case scenario. I use power from my P1 pedals so that data is legitimate.
No HR is only needed for some races. It will be in the race description.
