As a handcyclist, I would like to request a handcycle avatar that matches our physical appearance as well as performance characteristics on Zwift This request has been ignored by Zwift and is not just a request to be added as a nice to have feature, this means that Zwift does not seem interested in being inclusive and welcoming to the Paracycling community worldwide.
With the Paralympics being broadcast to billions of people worldwide, this is not a fad that will go away. We are 15% of the population that Zwift is ignoring.
Zwift is not being inclusive on this issue, and needs to do something about it.
