Imagine watching Zwift races from any angle, capturing epic shots, and making your activity cover photo look amazing.
All we’d need is an upgraded Drone Camera with:
Full movement freedom
Adjustable speed
Optional filters
It could be huge for:
Livestreams & race commentary
Creative screenshots & videos
Community photo contests

If they fixed the drone camera controls that broke when the new action bar arrived that would be a nice start. My second most-desired features for livestreams would be improving fan view so it works at the start of events, shows distance to the finish, finish line results, etc.
Yes, yes I would; and would like to see others use it too.
Zwift limits its own userbase by limiting our freedom and creativity; this isn’t a new problem either, it’s as old as time.
I’m willing to bet the “why” is because they don’t want people flying around all over the map looking at any secrets that are unreleased that could be visible, or in general just limit us from “breaking” the camera view, which is slightly normal in game development.
I would immediately be happy with any or all of the following [easy] changes:
Anything beyond that would be great; like a proper spectator drone cam like the dev build has.
Being able to locate, pan and tilt would be mega, and really limits the folks that do livestreams of events that aren’t in the development team.
been over 3 years now since that issue was raised and yet here we are asking for more “features” 
I’m still salty from doing a badge hunt earlier this year, only to go into drone mode like <3 miles from the finish and turning off course…
So I did it the next night in rage mode on a Tri frame, finished it like 15 minutes faster than I would have the night before 
I take a lot less pictures on Zwift since then!
So much this. Why cant we just fanview anyone we want on every world we want. Why is there such a hassle needed to fanview someone who is riding/racing on another world than the 3 currently available …
exactly that it’s like zwift does not want to promote the platform to outsiders.
and if people really didn’t want fan viewing. maybe have some sort of setting to disable but i’d say if it’s a race fanview always available.
Perhaps something like the teleport function. That you both have to follow eachother to be able to fanview. That way everyone can choose themself or just unfriend if you dont want people to fanview.
