How did you resolve this problem? I have the same issue since à couple of days…
Elite customer service were great! The turbo was within the 2-year warranty and they paid for the turbo to be sent back to Italy, were unable to fix it so returned a replacement turbo trainer free of charge.
I would definitely contact them and see if they can help!
